The quality of the wool dyeing is very high.
It is convenient to visit the shop, it is near to the metro station "Semyonowskaya". So if You will visit the Moscow You can buy as the private person any available at the shop kind of the wool yarn. We are pleasant with the shop, the most of our tapestries are made from this yarn.

Camilla Valley Farm Weavers' Supply
Nina MannersDescription:
Wonderful Experience! Nina's store is on her farm north of Toronto and is a building that houses a large classroom and store area. The store is very open with a cathedral ceiling, big windows and plenty of room between the displays so you feel like browsing vs those stores that feel like warehouses.
The highlight of my trip was seeing the beautiful antique barn loom Nina has on display inside the front door. I have seen pictures of these, but actually sitting down in front of one of these gave me a new appreciation of our weaving heritage.
Nina stocks almost every weaving and knitting book ever published and these are kept in an area with rocking chairs and a fireplace where you can sit and read. I like how she has her work area in a loft above the store so she can keep working but still answer questions.
She has most of the leclerc looms on display so you can try them out. She also stocks a large number of loom parts and weaving tools and I was able to pick up some new brake parts for my Fanny. She even has a 10 foot wide loom that makes me glad I only have to throw my shuttle 45 inches!
She carries quite a large collection of wool, perle and regual cotton, orlec, linen and cottolin and she gives out free sample cards. She has a lot of everything on the shelves and it is nice to be able to get what you want rather than adjusting your pattern to match what a store has in stock.
It is a little bit of a drive, but well worth the trip, especially if you can spend an afternoon there!

Tel: 619-436-9973Description:
Greetings fellow fibre enthusiasts,The Black Sheep is a wonderful boutique with a huge inventory of handwoven and hand-dyed yarns. The store is a feast of color and texture and a must see if you're ever in Southern California. They also carry unusual buttons, beads, and looms in a variety of sizes. Prices range from $5 a skein for chenille to $100+ for specialty yarns with metallic threads woven in. I visit them rarely, but all of the yarn I bring home ends up in a variety of projects: from scarves for family and friends to faerie doll hair or weavings...No scrap is ever wasted.
