You must all be wondering by now what has happened to me on my travels & migration to London. I truly apologize for taking so long to get back to sending newsletters out. We moved here several months ago and found a small flat to live in. I also found myself in a full-time job for the summer, that also involved a lot of overtime work. Hence, I didn't have much time for myself and had to put off many of the things I had looked forward to doing, arriving here in London.
Thankfully, the job is now part-time so I can get back to the joy of weaving, travel and writing this newsletter, to share my adventures in fibre with you.
FIBRE ART DISPLAY - CALAIS, FRANCE
During one of my weekends off work this summer, I did manage to take a short trip to Calais, France. We visited the Lace Museum and found a delightful exhibit of Fibre Art.

I took other pictures of the lace exhibits at the museum as well. I will post those to the website next week.
