Junk Store Treasures

A favourite past-time of mine when I travel is to visit second-hand shops. Hidden away in a dusty corner, I sometimes find antique spinning wheels, looms and other textile treasures. I can't take them all home with me, so the next best thing is to take photos. Here are a few.

Saxony Style Spinning Wheels

Quebec Wheel

Double-Band

I found this lovely wheel at Neat Stuf
in Thrums, BC
(I couldn't resist - it spins beautifully,
so I brought this one home.)
